When women are empowered to recognize their own self-worth and improve their self-confidence, they are better able to contribute their best to their families, employers, clients, friends and communities.
This was taken after I participated in Jack Canfield's program! He's the author of The Success Principles & co-author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series.
Mission Statement:
The mission of Universal Possibilities LLC is to educate and inspire women to live fully and utilize their God-given talents, skills and passions to be their absolute best in their lives and in their careers.
Vision Statement: Our vision is to build a personal and professional development company that caters to the unique needs of today’s woman. To accomplish this we will offer a wide variety of interactive workshops, books, seminars, retreats, and media that focus on the development of competencies and skills that will enable them to be more successful in their lives and careers by fully acknowledging their self worth.

Green Policy
Being environmentally conscious and socially aware is very important to me in my personal life, so it was only natural to make “green practices” a part of my business as well. Universal Possibilities LLC employs paperless systems when possible, uses recycled paper when paperless isn’t possible, reduces energy consumption and recycles everything that can be recycled. I believe that businesses as well as individual citizens have a responsibility to make sure we leave a world that is safe, sustainable and beautiful for the generations that are to come. I’m very honored to run Universal Possibilities LLC as a green company.
Wende Sanders
Wende Sanders is a Certified Life & Career Coach, Workshop Facilitator and the Owner of Universal Possibilities LLC, a professional and personal development company. She specializes in helping women achieve their career goals and life goals. Wende is currently working on her first book.
Background/Experience
- Human Resources Manager- Wende’s experience in hiring, performance improvement, performance reviews, training, supervising, staff planning and terminations enhances her ability to assist in career planning and achieving career goals
- Master of Science Degree in Human Resources (graduated with Honors)
- Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology (graduated with Honors)
- Certified Coach- Wende has completed coach training through Coach Training Alliance, Coach U and Coachville. She’s earned the designation of Certified Coach. Wende has served as a Career Coach in Passport 2 Success Events for 2 years.
- Trainer/Facilitator- Wende has received training certificates from ASTD (American Society of Training and Development) and has achieved significant measurable improvements in employee performance due to her training. I’m frequently asked “How did you become a coach?” This is my usual reply “I believe that helping others is my calling and life purpose. I’ve always loved make-over shows and been an enthusiast for life-long learning & continuous improvement. Coaching is the perfect vehicle to accomplish these and MUCH more. There is just something so exhilarating about empowering a woman to achieve levels of success, both professional and personal, that she was not able to achieve or maintain in the past.”
What’s Important to Me?
I did it! I finished another 5K run!
Fitness- I enjoy running and have completed several 5K events. I would like to participate in a half marathon at some point. I’m a competitive person by nature, so I love pushing myself to complete these distance events. My track experience was as a sprinter, so these distance events are new and challenging for me. At first my goal was to just finish and not be last! Now I strive to finish at a better time than the last event and of course have fun in the process.
Religion/Spirituality- I was raised to love and worship God, and that remains of utmost importance to me. As I mentioned earlier helping others is my calling, and I believe that honoring this call on my life is part of honoring God’s will for me. I consider myself a faith-based coach and I enjoy working with women from diverse spiritual foundations. I have worked with clients that identify themselves as Christian, as Muslim, or as more spiritual than religious; I honor the beliefs of each of these perspectives and my clients appreciate that I come from a place of acceptance of their beliefs.
Motherhood-Family is very important to me and I love being a mom! I know it can be challenging at times to be a mom that works away from home, a work-at-home-mom (WAHM) or a stay-at-home mom. I’ve been in all three roles at different points! If you’re having a challenge in this area of your life, I’d love to help you create and experience success as you define it. Parenthood is the toughest job you’ll ever love.
